Traffic lights at Clinton Parkway and Kasold Drive will be shut down for three hours Tuesday morning.
A four-way stop will be installed at the intersection during the shutdown, which will last from 9 a.m. to noon. Police also will direct traffic at the intersection, but delays can be expected.
The closure is part of the Kasold Drive reconstruction project.
