Broad daylight? That's odd that someone would be able to steal tvs, etc...at 3 in the afternoon.

Between 3 pm THE 15TH and 9 pm THE 18TH. There is plenty of time that isn't broad daylight in the space of 3 days... And I had my apartment broken into in the same area a few years ago, while I was at work. (which WAS in the broad daylight.) There are so many people moving in and out all the time that no one would think anything about people loading stuff up and leaving with it.

My folks live in another state so I am able to keep things that I hold dear there(Football signed by all of 1980 Steelers, childhood things that can not be replaced) . Having lived in a few college towns (and military towns) I know that thievery runs (or at least is more targeted torwards younger folks) higher especially if you live around the ghetto. I have nice things now but not the ones that can not be replaced (get renters insur...is so cheap and helps in times like these)

Spring break, people. The crooks know you're gone.

Ditto the recommendation for renters insurance, very inexpensive and worth it!
