Workers lauded
To the editor:
I would like to compliment the workers of Nowak Construction from Goddard, who are replacing the sewer line in the 1500 block of New Hampshire Street. It’s a mess, with back yards completely torn up and gigantic trucks and noise. I can’t speak for all my neighbors, but those I have talked to have a good feeling about these guys. They work hard under difficult circumstances, up to 12 hours a day, are respectful of the neighborhood, answer any questions and even transplanted some perennials for my neighbors before the digging.
