Colorado coroner says Kansas rafter died of drowning

? The Larimer County Coroner Office says a Kansas man who died on a rafting trip on the Cache la Poudre River west of Fort Collins died of drowning and complications of heart disease.

The man was identified as 69-year-old Frank Diskin of Parsons, Kan.

The Larimer County Sheriff’s Office says Diskin was one of four rafters who wound up out of the boat shortly after noon Thursday. The other three were rescued.
