Kansas weather updates, via Twitter
Thunderstorms will likely develop late Monday afternoon and evening across northeast Kansas, according to the National Weather Service in Topeka.
Douglas County is under a slight risk for severe weather, though the highest risk for storms is north of U.S. Highway 24.
If storms develop, the primary threats would be golf ball-sized hail and damaging winds.

Speaking of unstick....
That map is taken from the national weather service web site. If you think it's stuck you'll need to check with them.
