Cincinnati The Kansas City Sluggers split a pair of games on Friday in the championship bracket of the 18-U Premier World Series.
The Sluggers fell, 9-1, to the Wisconsin Hitters, but rebounded to defeat Team New York, 4-2.
Garrrett Cleavinger earned the victory against New York.
K.C. will play at 3 p.m. today against the Arlington A’s in a new pool of the championship bracket.
