Both lanes of westbound Interstate 70 have reopened after a non-injury accident blocked traffic for a portion of rush hour Thursday afternoon, according to an alert from the Kansas Turnpike Authority.

Traffic was blocked for about an hour while emergency crews cleared the scene.

According to the KTA, the accident involved a truck and a semi-trailer.
