Kansas Commodity Classic features crop technology, marketing

? The Kansas Commodity Classic will feature crop technology, marketing and coping with the weather when it convenes this weekend.

The annual meeting of Kansas corn, wheat and grain sorghum associations begins at 9 a.m. Saturday at the Highland Hotel and Convention Center in Great Bend.

Featured speakers include Sen. Pat Roberts of Kansas and Larry Combest of Texas, a former chairman of the U.S. House Agriculture Committee.

The free event is open to farmers.
