Lawrence High School’s production of the musical “Into the Woods” starts at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, with two additional shows on Friday and Saturday.

Despite the snow, the show will go on as planned.

Choral director Cathy Crispino, who has worked with theater director Shannon Draper on the show, said more than 60 students are involved in the production.

They started working in late October on the Stephen Sondheim show, which combines several Brothers Grimm fairy tales to see what the consequences were of the characters’ wishes.

Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for students and senior citizens. They are available at the door.
