Oklahoma City ? An autopsy failed to determine the cause of death of a Kansas man who disappeared while camping at Falls Creek in southern Oklahoma.

Twenty-year-old Moses Kopay Fitchpatrick of Wichita disappeared Aug. 3 from the Baptist camp near Davis. His body was found Aug. 6 about two miles from the camp.

The Oklahoman reported the autopsy released Tuesday noted there were no notable wounds to the body and no medical issues apparent.
