It was this morning, Friday. Sounds like a suspected intoxicated driver struck a parked vehicle. The driver "fell out of the vehicle" after crashing. LPD reported serious injuries. LDCFM did not transport anyone from the scene.
I am sure the Journal-World will have a full story from Police later this morning.

This does sound like a classic "redistribution of wealth" tactic...imagine all the money this poor guy will have to spend in the courts now. obama will stop at nothing.

He should sue the maker of the alcohol, the city, the owner of the parked car and the maker of his car. The American Dream.
