It was this morning, Friday. Sounds like a suspected intoxicated driver struck a parked vehicle. The driver "fell out of the vehicle" after crashing. LPD reported serious injuries. LDCFM did not transport anyone from the scene.

I am sure the Journal-World will have a full story from Police later this morning.

Maybe the driver fell asleep at the street sign?

why not call a taxi ? $10.00 is much cheaper than a dui.

actually, i blame the driver of the jeep who carelessly parked their vehicle where this guy was trying to drive his car.

This does sound like a classic "redistribution of wealth" tactic...imagine all the money this poor guy will have to spend in the courts now. obama will stop at nothing.
