Cleveland tops K.C.

? It’s not every day the Cleveland Indians beat Zack Greinke.

Try every two years.

Shin-Soo Choo had four hits, and the Indians beat Greinke for the first time since Sept. 7, 2008, with a 7-1 victory over the Kansas City Royals on Saturday night.

The victory, which moved Cleveland out of last in the AL Central, left Greinke searching for an answer.

“As soon as I got out of the game, we started getting everybody out, so I must have been doing something wrong,” he said.

Greinke (9-14) lasted just 3 2/3 innings in his second-shortest outing of the season. He was charged with seven runs and a season-high 11 hits. The Indians managed three hits after Greinke departed.
