Elwood ? The Seabury Academy volleyball team won matches against Kansas School for the Deaf and Elwood on Tuesday.

Seabury defeated KSD in three sets (23-25, 25-13, 25-8) and Elwood in two sets (25-12, 25-19.

The Seahawks tallied 38 team aces. Maddie McCaffery led Seabury with 17 aces, and Lexi Brady added 10 kills.

Up next for the Seahawks (2-0) is the Centerplace Blue and Gold Tournament on Friday in Independence, Mo.
