Dodge City ? A former Dodge City man has been convicted of abducting a woman more than two years ago.

A Ford County jury deliberated four hours before finding Jesus Aguero-Hernandez guilty of kidnapping, aggravated burglary and battery.

He was accused of kidnapping Blanca Millan March 1, 2008, from a parking lot in Dodge City. Millan later escaped.

Sentencing has not been scheduled. But prosecutors said they expected the defendant to serve between five and seven years in prison.
