A 49-year-old Lawrence woman reported Tuesday the burglary and theft of a tool box and a television from the 700 block of Locust Street. According to police reports, the incident occurred between midnight Oct. 19 and 3:20 p.m. Tuesday. The items were valued at $3,100.
