The information we received from Jefferson County only says the incident occurred sometime before 8:14 a.m. Saturday, but we're working to find out more about what happened. If you have information, you can share it with us at editor@ljworld.com or by sending me a message through the site.

inured- past participle, past tense of in·ure (Verb) 1. Accustom (someone) to something, esp. something unpleasant.

Everyone else has to be "accountable" in the workplace, so might as well shine the spotlight on our dear old online newspaper.

On the other hand...it is cool that the LJWorld doesn't "disappear" the comments that point out flaws.
