Hackney ? A train collided with a car in south-central Kansas, injuring one person.

The Arkansas City Traveler reports that the injured person was taken to a Wichita hospital after the collision, which occurred about noon Saturday. The victim’s identity and condition were not available.

The Cowley County Sheriff’s Department says the accident happened at a train crossing on the southern edge of Hackney.
