Veritas well represented on Kansas Christian Athletic Association all-state football team

Following a season in which Veritas Christian won its first state football championship in school history, the Eagles had a slew of players honored on the Kansas Christian Athletic Association all-state team.

On offense: senior Nate Scott, first-team running back; senior Ethan Kay, first-team wide receiver; senior Ethan Scott, first-team receiver; senior Jerrid Cadue, first-team offensive lineman; junior Nick Bennett, second-team quarterback; senior Kelvin Rask, honorable mention on the offensive line.

On defense: Cadue, first-team defensive line; Ethan Scott, first-team defensive back; Kay, first-team defensive end; Nate Scott, second-team defensive back; sophomore Bryce Boland, honorable mention on defensive line; junior Preston Randall, honorable mention at linebacker.

On special teams: junior Tanner Martin, second-team kicker.
