Interchange at K-7 and I-70 in Bonner Springs reopens after crews repair bridge damage
The interchange at Kansas Highway 7 and Interstate 70 reopened Wednesday morning, according to the Kansas Turnpike Authority.
The interchange closed after an oversized semitrailer hauling an excavator on I-70 damaged the bridge in Wyandotte County on Thursday, Nov. 4.
Crews had to inspect the bridge and perform repairs on several beams before the interchange could be reopened.
