More planning is in the works for the area south of Clinton Parkway between Inverness and Crossgate drives.

Commissioners directed staff members to start a new district plan that will spell out how undeveloped portions of the property should develop in the future.

But commissioners did not grant a request that two proposed apartment projects should be made to wait for hearings until the new district plan is completed in about four to six months.
