Italian chamber music ensemble to perform

The Lied Center of Kansas will present Interpreti Veneziani, an Italian chamber music ensemble from Venice, performing works by Geminiani, Vivaldi, Haendel-Halvorsen and Paganini at 7:30 p.m. Saturday.

Making its U.S. debut in 2007, the nine-member chamber ensemble has released 17 albums and has performed around the world at locations including the Bayreuth Festival in Germany, Stockholm Palace in Sweden, the Mariinsky Theatre in Russia and Osaka Symphony Hall and Tokyo Suntory Hall during four tours in Japan.
