Two more candidates for KU law dean to visit Lawrence next week

Kansas University has announced upcoming site visits for two more candidates to fill the dean’s position at the KU School of Law.

Michael Moffitt, associate dean for academic affairs at the University of Oregon School of Law, will meet with faculty, staff and students in a public forum at 3:45 p.m. Monday in 104 Green Hall.

Annette Clark, associate professor of law and former interim dean of law at the University of Seattle, will appear at a public forum at 3:45 p.m. Wednesday in 106 Green Hall.

The two candidates join James Ming Chen, dean and professor of law at the University of Louisville, as finalists for the position.

One other candidate has yet to be announced. KU is searching for a replacement for Gail Agrawal, who left KU for the University of Iowa.
