About 100 volunteers are needed for the annual LINK Community Thanksgiving Dinner.

The dinner will be from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Nov. 25 at First Christian Church, 1000 Ky.

Herman Leon, an organizer, said they need people to help with food preparation, serving food and cleanup. They also need about 50 drivers to help deliver meals.

Last year, 120 meals were served at the church, and about 400 meals were home delivered. Organizers are expecting the need for meals to increase because of the economy.
