Douglas County FCE and Kansas State Research and Extension Family and Consumer Sciences announce the May program “Beef: Choices, Preparation and Flavor.” Susan Krumm, Douglas County Extension Agent Family and Consumer Sciences, will be presenting.
May is “Kansas Beef Month.” Samples of beef dishes will be prepared and shared by the participants.
A minimal fee will be charged. The event will be at 10:30 a.m. on Friday in the Dreher Building at the Douglas County 4-H Fairgrounds. For more information, call 843-7058.
