Douglas County Senior Services, Kansas Commission on Veterans Affairs to be closed for maintenance

Douglas County Senior Services and the Kansas Commission on Veterans Affairs, 745 Vt., will be closed on Wednesday, March 31, for water maintenance.

The AARP Tax Program, meals served at the senior dining center and all activities at the Senior Center will be canceled.

Senior Wheels transportation services will run as normal. Home-delivered meals will be delivered, and the congregate dining centers at Babcock, Clinton Place, Eudora and Baldwin City will be open as normal.
