How would you describe your style? “Cocktail casual.” I have a pretty versatile style – it ranges daily from jeans and flats to dresses and heels.

What are your current favorite fashion trends? Skinny jeans and oxfords. They are appropriate for most occasions and maintain a level of comfortable sophistication.

What are your least favorite fashion trends? Flashy, attention-grabbing colors and too much makeup.

What would you like to see more of in Lawrence? More boutiques with dressier apparel and accessories.

What would you like to see less of in Lawrence? Although I’m all for team spirit and all-day drinking, I’d like to see less women wearing sloppy game-day outfits – fanny packs and pastel-pink KU shirts.

Who are your fashion influences? I read fashion magazines, Elle, and I also consult my friends – the “what are you wearing” question typically points me in the right direction.
