Kansas University’s softball contest against Valparaiso, scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday, was canceled due to rain.

KU was scheduled to play two games Thursday, but managed just one, a 6-5 victory over Valparaiso.

Today’s KU Invitational calls for three games: Valpo and Missouri State are scheduled to kick it off at 11 a.m., followed by KU vs. Valpo at 1 p.m. and KU vs. Missouri State at 3 p.m.
