Students nominated for scholarships

Three Haskell Indian Nations University students have been nominated for Udall Undergraduate Scholarships.

The scholarship program is part of a U.S. congressional initiative that identifies and encourages the work of emerging indigenous leaders in the areas of environment, health care and tribal public policy. The scholarships range from $350 to $5,000.

The Haskell nominees are William Riding In, a sophomore from Tempe, Ariz.; Snowy Voice, a junior from Dallas; and Audrey Yellowhorse, a senior from Kirkland, N.M.
