Lubbock, Texas ? The exit of Mike Leach and entrance of Tommy Tuberville as Texas Tech football coach hasn’t put a damper on season-ticket sales for the upcoming season.

Tech announced Wednesday that it has sold 30,709 season tickets as of Tuesday night for Red Raiders football. That breaks the previous record of 30,092 set before the 2008 season.
