A 25-year-old Oskaloosa woman reported Wednesday burglary and theft from a vehicle in the 900 block of Iowa Street. According to police reports, the incident occurred between 10:30 p.m. and 11:20 p.m. Wednesday. A Garmin navigation device was stolen, and the vehicle sustained damage as well. The total estimated loss from the incident was about $2,700.
