TherapyWorks will be hosting a free seminar on “Treatment and Balance of Dizziness.”

The event will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 13, at TherapyWorks, 1311 Wakarusa Drive, Suite 1000.

The seminar will include information about different causes and treatments for dizziness and balance issues.

Barb Hinton, a physical therapist at TherapyWorks, will cover some of the treatment protocols used by physical therapists.

Dr. Lee Ruessner — an ear, nose and throat specialist who works at Lawrence Otolaryngology Associates — will discuss hearing loss treatments.

The event is part of a ongoing series of “Helping You Help Yourself” seminars that are held each month at TherapyWorks.

This seminar was originally scheduled in December, but was postponed due to weather conditions.
