The Grassland Heritage Foundation is sponsoring two upcoming talks on prairie establishment and management.

The first talk, titled “How to Establish a Tallgrass Prairie on Your Land and Maintaining It into the Future,” is from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Jan. 20 at the Lawrence Public Library, 707 Vt.

The second talk, titled “Managing Your Virgin Tallgrass Prairie or Hay Meadow,” is scheduled for March, but a date, time and location have not beenannounced.
