A 38-year-old Olathe man was arrested Wednesday on charges of aggravated assault.

According to police reports and booking logs, the man was arrested in connection with an incident that occurred at 1:30 p.m. in the 600 block of North Second Street in which a 31-year-old Lawrence man was allegedly assaulted with a blunt object. The victim suffered minor injuries. The suspect was arrested at 2:47 p.m. in the 1300 block of George Court.
