Nate Scott added 13 points, Ethan Scott 10 points and Thomas Bachert eight points for the Eagles, who shot 49 percent to Center Place’s 29 percent.

“We played a full game of not having any big letdowns,” Veritas coach Gary Hammer said. We played a good, solid full game,”

Veritas (11-10) will play Flint Hills Christian at 7:30 tonight in Eudora.
