The deadline to participate in Daffodil Days — an American Cancer Society fundraiser — is approaching.

People need to make a donation to the cancer society by Friday and, in return, volunteers deliver daffodils in March.

To place an order, call the American Cancer Society at (800) 359-1025, and for:

• $10 — you receive a bouquet of fresh-cut daffodils.

• $15 — bouquet of 10 daffodils in a vase.

• $25 — bouquet of 10 daffodil stems with a limited-edition Boyds Bear designed exclusively for Daffodil Days.

• $500 — 500 stems of daffodils.

• $250 — 250 stems of daffodils.
