KU student reports movies and games stolen

A 23-year-old Kansas University student reported Aug. 1 the burglary and theft of multiple movies and games from the 1100 block of Tennessee Street.

According to police reports, the incident occurred between about 11 p.m. July 31 and 2:45 a.m. Aug. 1. Almost 400 DVDs were stolen, along with six video games and an iPod. The items stolen were reportedly worth $10,000.

Students, quit letting strangers in to your houses and apartments! Everytime you have an open party, some bozo will be there to scope out your toys.

yep....it like inviting..... al queda in u home......and beside what do u need all that stuff for.....your there too study and make something of your life..and when do u have time to watch over 400 dvds..hint ,..hint it was somebody close too u..that knew u be gone...try the pawn shops...
