The regular meeting of the Douglas County 4-H Horse Project was March 16 at the Douglas County Fairgrounds. County leaders reported there would be a Purina HOW event April 20 at the fairgrounds. Club members were reminded to complete point sheets as activities are completed. They also watched a video about large exercise balls being used for horses as a training tool or just as something different for them to do. The next meeting will be at 7 p.m. May 18 at the fairgrounds.
