AIDS walk marks 21st year Saturday
The Douglas County AIDS Project is scheduled to host its 21st annual AIDS walk Saturday.
The event will begin at Maceli’s, 1031 N.H., and includes a 4-mile run and a 1-mile walk/run. A donation of $25 is suggested to participate.
Walkers and runners can register as individuals or as a team at douglascountyaidsproject.org, where more information is available.
Registration will be available on the morning of the event, starting at 7:30. The 4-mile run begins at 8:30 a.m. and the 1-mile walk begins at 8:45 a.m.
