Isn't this a perfect case for the $43,750 per annum federal grant, DG CO matching funds, director of the three-person volunteers on the Property Crimes Compensation Board. Heck, if local government had got it's fair share of that make work Obama-ready project money, the Director of this Sweepstakes could have aready been there with the lifesize Ed McMahon poster, balloons and oversized $500 check and Home Depot gift card. Hope the person had insurance to protect the property from such occurrences.
Did the police report indicate whether the vehicle had been locked? Also, a description of the tools would certainly help the community in providing info to the TIPS line.
