Community Blood Center, the local provider of blood services, will conduct a blood drive from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. next Saturday at First Southern Baptist Church, 4300 W. Sixth St.
The Community Blood Center must collect at least 580 pints of blood each day to meet the needs of local hospital patients whose lives depend on blood donations. One donation can help as many as two patients.
To make an appointment online, go to esavealifenow.org and use firstsouthernbaptist as the sponsor code, or call Michele Dillon at 393-0166.
