Johnson County Community College and a consortium of 11 school districts in Johnson, Douglas and Miami counties are sponsoring a Career and Technical Expo from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sept. 21 in the indoor track of JCCC’s gym.

The expo is designed to make students, parents and the community aware of post-secondary options that do not require a four-year degree.

More than 40 different career and technical program representatives have been invited to share information about job availability, salary potential and required training and education.
