Seabury volleyball splits with KSD

The Seabury volleyball team split two matches with the Kansas School for the Deaf on Tuesday.

The Seahawks defeated KSD, 25-14, 25-12, in the first match, tallying 17 team aces.

Maddie McCaffrey had five aces, and Charlotte Burch had five kills.

In the second match, KSD won, 25-23, 25-18.

Alyson Oliver and Angela Thomas had nine digs.

Burch added three aces for Seabury.

Seabury (1-1) will face Kansas City Southwest at 4 p.m. Friday in the Center Place Tournament.
