Eight tiny-k Early Intervention staff members attended a workshop Oct. 12-13 in Manhattan. The training focused on the responsive teaching curriculum by Gerald Mahoney and examined behaviors in the areas of cognition, social-emotional and speech-language. Staff members attending were Dena Bracciano, Elaine McCullough, Jessica Dameron, Kristina Poracsky, Aña Williams, Ashley Baehr, Kristin Schneller and Staci Hendrickson.

Jamie Gabriel, licensed specialist clinical social worker for tiny-k and a member of the Success by 6 Family Resource Team, recently attended the KC Play Therapy Institute’s three-day training on “Theraplay and Attachment Play Therapy.”
