25 years ago: Committee to explore waterside resorts in Kansas
The Kansas Committee on Energy and Natural Resources was discussing possible incentives to attract developers of waterside resorts in Kansas. Sen. Fred Kerr headed the groups and said Kansas was underselling the sites for such development.
