Community Federation to help city ‘meet the blind’
October is “Meet the Blind Month,” and the local chapter of the National Federation of the Blind is host to an event today downtown.
The organization will have an informational table with literature, demonstrations and giveaways at Ninth and Massachusetts streets in front of the U.S. Bank Tower. The event will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
