School Supt. Dan Neuenswander said he was not satisfied with the way teacher contract negotiations were handled in the district. There had been troublesome negotiations in 1984 and unilateral teacher contracts had been imposed. The new superintendent said he hoped that new processes and better mechanics could be devised for the coming years.
