2 cups self-rising flour
2 teaspoons vanilla
2/3 cup chocolate syrup
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
1 cup cocoa
1 emu egg
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. Pour mixture into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Let cool before slicing into squares.
