Mo. man accused of trying to rob bank

? A Kansas City, Mo., man is charged with attempted robbery after allegedly pulling up to the drive-up window of a Topeka bank and demanding money.

The U.S. attorney’s office says 44-year-old Gregory D. Crosby drove off in a stolen car Thursday after a Capitol Federal Savings Bank teller refused to give him anything. He was arrested later in the parking lot of a Wal-Mart.

Crosby could face a maximum of 20 years in federal prison and a fine of up to $250,000 if he is convicted.
