St. Pat’s parade begins at 1 p.m.
Lawrence’s 22nd annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade begins at 1 p.m. Tuesday at South Park.
The parade heads north along Massachusetts Street, continuing through downtown and ending in North Lawrence. Parade participants should check in at 11 a.m. at 12th and Rhode Island streets.
This year’s parade honors former Lawrence mayor and jazz musician John Weatherwax, who died last August.
