New York high school basketball standout Lance Stephenson is on a recruiting trip to the University of Cincinnati this weekend, Zagsblog.net reports.

The 6-foot-5 Stephenson has been looking for a college home since Kansas University landed a commitment from Xavier Henry and stopped recruiting the shooting guard/small forward.

Memphis and Arizona still may be involved in the recruitment of Stephenson, who according to Zagsblog.net is due in Brooklyn Criminal Court on Monday to face sexual-assault charges. He is alleged to have groped a female outside Brooklyn’s Lincoln High last fall.

His attorneys have said Stephenson is innocent.

"Read this article..."

Well, that was certainly...encouraging.

On the bright side, if the academic support staff can figure out how to keep Paul Pierce eligible for three years, surely they can keep Xavier Henry eligible for one.

I don't understand what this kid is doing. I'm very glad we ended up with the Henry bros instead.
